Metamorphosis combines  psychology, various psychotherapeutic approaches with the transformation of coaching.

It’s about cultivating space for deep inner peace because true self-growth and healing start from within.

 

The way we perceive external reality is often a reflection of what exists internally, of our inner landscape. This isn’t about forcing positivity or changing who you are. It’s about embracing yourself fully, with honesty and compassion.

This offering isn’t just about mindset.  

It’s about embodying your truest self by integrating all parts of you, both the ‘good’ and the ‘bad', the light and the shadow, the strengths and the struggles. True transformation comes from wholeness, not just positivity.

​Metamorphosis is rooted in a deep understanding of trauma and its integration. With my background in psychology and trauma interventions, I go beyond being trauma-informed, I offer a clinical understanding of how trauma affects us and how true healing can unfold. This approach allows for meaningful, lasting transformation, rooted in compassion and allows the multidimensionality in each person to emerge safely.

About Chrysanna Kontou: 

At the core of my work and practice, I identify as a soul first, understanding that our inner essence shapes everything we experience and how we navigate the world. This approach deeply informs my work and life, influencing the way I support others on their journeys of healing and transformation.

In addition to this perspective, I hold credentials as a Psychologist (licensed by the Greek Ministry of Health, #629218) and an Accredited Transformative Life Coach with a focus on a Psychological approach. With a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Clinical Health Psychology and Wellbeing, I draw from a range of evidence-based methodologies, such as mindfulness approaches, depth psychology, somatic techniques, psychodynamic and psychoanalytic theories, cognitive behavioural therapy, neuropsychology, health psychology, Internal Family Systems model and compassion-focused-based practices, to provide comprehensive, integrative and tailored support.

 

My background encompasses 12 years of personal development and healing, 7 years of academic study, and 5 years of professional experience in psychological roles. In addition, my Greek-Polish cultural heritage enriches my practice and deepens my understanding of diverse perspectives.

My journey as both a psychologist and life coach is deeply shaped by my own experiences with trauma, having navigated various forms of abuse. Through this personal process, I have developed a profound understanding of pain and healing. Healing happens in layers, it is an ongoing process, a continuous unfolding of deeper self-awareness, self-trust, and inner peace. The areas in which I guide others are those where I’ve personally transformed pain into inner peace, fear into trust, and disconnection into deep self-acceptance and connectedness. As I continue this work within myself, I hold space for others to honor their unique journey at their own pace.

Somatics

Somatics takes a bottom-up approach, recognizing that the body holds deep, innate wisdom. Feelings aren’t just thoughts, they are felt experiences in the body. Through somatic work, you reconnect with your body, allowing you to feel your emotions in a safe, supportive way. By tuning into your internal bodily sensations, you enhance your mind-body connection and gain greater awareness of yourself, beyond external actions.

Unconscious Unwrapping

As Carl Jung said, “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” Together, we uncover the unconscious patterns and beliefs that have been shaping your life. By bringing them to light, you gain the power to consciously choose a new way forward. In addition to Depth Psychology, Psychoanalysis helps us identify how many of these patterns, often rooted in childhood, continue to influence your current thoughts and behaviors. This awareness allows you to break free from limiting beliefs and step into a more empowered version of yourself.

Mindfulness, originating from ancient Eastern and Buddhist traditions, has been practiced for over 2,500 years. Popularized by Jon Kabat-Zinn, it offers a range of meditations and techniques to help you manage psychological and physical challenges. ​​By cultivating mindfulness, you increase emotional resilience, enhance clarity, and develop a strong sense of presence, allowing you to feel more content, in control, and at ease in your daily life.

Alongside these approaches, my work is deeply informed by my academic background. With a BSc in Psychology (with a focus on clinical psychology and psychotherapy) and an MSc in Clinical Health Psychology & Well-being, I integrate further evidence-based psychological frameworks with transformative coaching techniques. This knowledge strengthens and enhances a deeply integrative and holistic approach, ensuring a well-rounded and comprehensive path to healing, personal growth, and well-being.

This exclusive 6-month program is designed to meet you exactly where you are and guide you toward lasting transformation. Tailored to your unique needs, it offers a rare opportunity for 1:1 coaching, where we work together closely to support your journey toward reconnecting with your authentic self, aligning with your deepest truth, and stepping into your true power and purpose.

What’s Included:

  • Personalized Psychological Life Coaching: Weekly sessions focused on your specific needs, desires, challenges, goals and growth areas.

  • Creative Visualizations & Activations: These prerecorded audios, based on hypnosis and psychological tools, will take place twice per month and are tailored to accelerate your healing and transformation in whatever way you need it that week or month.

  • Mindfulness Meditations: A set of 7 mindfulness meditations, each designed to cultivate emotional resilience, presence, and clarity throughout your journey.

  • Ongoing Support: Direct access to me via email (Mon-Thurs, 9 AM - 5 PM) for any questions, insights, or guidance between sessions.

Language Options
The Metamorphosis program is available in English and Greek, and it is also offered with a substantial understanding of Polish, ensuring a supportive experience and allowing you to engage in a way that feels most natural to you.

This offering won’t be available in this format again. After this, the program will transition to a group setting, with potential limited 1:1 sessions available only on a monthly basis.
